Emil Waldhauer Præstegaard is a Danish composer, producer, and sound designer.

 

He began his exploration of music creation and production during his adolescence. This pursuit soon revealed itself as his genuine life-long passion.

 

For nearly ten years, he has achieved international acclaim by releasing dance music under the name 'Notize'.

 

In the latter part of 2021, he introduced the 'Splize' initiative as a supplementary identity, concentrating on music-licensing for visual content.

In 2024, Emil unveiled the 'feinsmecker' alias, strategically dedicated to producing lively, pop-oriented, and eccentric music tailored for music licensing purposes.

 

Despite being largely self-taught throughout his career, he accomplished a master's degree in Electronic Composition from Denmark's Royal Academy of Music in 2022.
